INGREDIENTS

  • 250g Lentils
  • 1 small bay leaf
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 3-4 small beets, boiled
  • Oregano
  • Salt & Pepper
  • EY ZHN Greek Rusks with Greek Olive Oil and Greek Legumes

INGREDIENTS FOR THE DRESSING:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • 1/2 tsp honey

EXECUTION

  1. Boil the lentils for 25 minutes and drain them.
  2. Cut the beets into cubes.
  3. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked lentils, beets, oregano, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Mix the ingredients well and add EY ZHN Greek Rusks with Greek Olive Oil and Greek Legumes.
  6. Finally, add the dressing and mix everything thoroughly.
