INGREDIENTS
- 250g Lentils
- 1 small bay leaf
- 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
- 3-4 small beets, boiled
- Oregano
- Salt & Pepper
- EY ZHN Greek Rusks with Greek Olive Oil and Greek Legumes
INGREDIENTS FOR THE DRESSING:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp mustard
- 1/2 tsp honey
EXECUTION
- Boil the lentils for 25 minutes and drain them.
- Cut the beets into cubes.
- Mix all the ingredients for the dressing.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked lentils, beets, oregano, and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix the ingredients well and add EY ZHN Greek Rusks with Greek Olive Oil and Greek Legumes.
- Finally, add the dressing and mix everything thoroughly.
